Fall 2026 Tackle Football

NMPW is a non profit and governed by 100% volunteers.

Registration fees include helmet, shoulder pads, home/away jersey, game pants, practice jersey, insurance, facility rental fees, and OEC league fees. Participant will need to provide practice pants (white), mouth-guard, cleats, and hard chin strap if desired. Participant may choose to use their own helmet, however, it must meet league requirements with up to date certification and paint specifications.

It is required that all participants participate in our league wide fundraiser. The league fundraiser will consist of a ball drop with each participate required to sell (15) balls worth $10 each. The ball drop will be conducted virtually and will occur in September 2026.

League provided items INCLUDE helmet, shoulder pads, home/away jersey, game pants, and practice jersey. ALL LEAGUE PROVIDED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED AT THE END OF THE SEASON. Items that are not returned will have fees assessed to your players account.

Pop Warner Registration is a 2 step process:

Step 1) On-line registration & Payment

Step 2 ) Hardcopy paper registration *Only OEC official papers will be accepted*. DO NOT PRINT THE FORMS OFF THE POP WARNER WEBSITE AS THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Once online registration is completed you will be contacted regarding completing the hardcopy registration paperwork.

Online Registration ends 5/1/2026 or once a division is at capacity

Official practices begin on 7/15/2026. It is HIGHLY recommended to schedule vacations prior to August 1st. There are minimum practice time requirements that must be met in order to be eligible to participate in pre-season scrimmages and Week 1 games on August 22, 2026.

NMPW Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided unless participant is unable to participate due to medical reasons (DOCTORS NOTE REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS)
